Four-color separation printing method
Internal Operations Manual, Chapter 3, effective for all staff starting in 2021.
Divide a home into four work zones: bathroom, kitchen, living area, and glass windows. Assign each zone a fixed-color towel, mop, and cleaning agent. Progress in one direction from highest to lowest contamination levels to prevent bacteria from the toilet area from reaching the dining table.
Red Zone · Restroom
For red towels and floor brushes. Remove limescale first, then disinfect. Wait at least 10 minutes between using chlorine-based disinfectant and acidic descaler, and rinse thoroughly with water.
Cross-contamination rate of colonies decreased from 17% to 2%.
Yellow Zone · Kitchen
Use a yellow towel with an alkaline degreaser. Treat grease based on how long it's been: warm water is sufficient for stains less than one week old; for older stains (one month+), let soak and saponify for 5-10 minutes.
Single-kitchen task duration reduced by 22 minutes
Blue Zone · Living Area
Use a blue towel and mop with neutral cleaner only. Avoid acidic agents on solid wood and marble; ensure the mop is damp but not dripping.
Material damage complaints: 2024 years, 0 cases
Green Zone · Glass Windows
The green wiper and squeegee cloth are stored separately. Wipe from top to bottom with the wiper, then dry with the cloth to prevent water streaks and secondary contamination.
Glass rework rate reduced from 9% to 3%.
From 2024 to 1 and from 2025 to 12, the first-pass acceptance rate for 1862 orders processed with color separation was 96.4%. The first-pass acceptance rate for historical orders without color separation (from 2020) was 81%.
