Before starting his own business, Chen Ming worked as a cleaning supervisor at a property management company for 7 years. He managed a cleaning team of 40 people and handled numerous customer complaints. He found that most disputes weren't due to poor cleaning, but rather "prices changed from what was agreed" and "unclear expectations about how thorough the cleaning should be."

In 2019, he founded Yuanyou Cleaning with 2 former colleagues, establishing two rules: quotes must be written on paper, and inspections must be checked off item by item. Of the 214 jobs completed in the first year, 61 came from referrals by existing customers.

He still personally inspects commercial and engineering project sites. "I won't sign off on a quote unless I've measured the area myself."

  All staff hold valid health certificates and pre-job training certifications. Personnel performing high-altitude work such as exterior wall cleaning and engineering janitorial services must also possess special operation permits; permit numbers can be verified at the time of contract signing.

• 40 Pre-job Training

  New hires must complete 40 hours of training and pass a practical assessment covering cleaner ratios, material identification (marble, solid wood, stainless steel), 12 acceptance criteria, and customer communication protocols.

• Monthly Skills Refresher

  Monthly retraining 1 times + quarterly practical assessments. Dispatch suspended for failures until passed; customer complaints included in monthly performance evaluation.

• Homework Coverage

  Employer liability insurance is purchased for all workers, with additional third-party liability insurance for high-altitude work. Any damage to property caused by improper operation during service will be compensated based on actual losses through negotiation.

Service Commitment

• 12 Acceptance Checklist

  After completion, verify 12 areas including kitchens, bathrooms, glass, and flooring. Finalize payment only after the customer signs off.

• No price increase on written quotes

  Provide a written quote after inspection. Billing is based on the signed agreement, with no additional fees charged during the process.

• Call back in 2 hours

  After submitting your appointment, we'll call you within 2 hours to confirm the area and schedule. A late arrival of more than 30 minutes results in a 10% discount on the service fee for this session.
