Services include debris removal, cement spots and adhesive residue cleanup, wall dusting, glass and window frame cleaning, and bathroom and pipe opening sanitation. Pricing is based on area: standard factories range from 6 to 10 yuan/m², while office buildings and commercial spaces range from 10 to 15 yuan/m². Debris removal outside the site is billed per truckload. Work proceeds from coarse to fine: first remove large debris and loose dust, then tackle stubborn stains, and finally perform detailed wiping and floor cleaning. Acceptance criteria require no construction debris residue, glass free of water marks or glue spots, and floors free of dust. We recommend phased acceptance by area with written records kept.
